Ingredients

  • Tagine or another dish in a condition that does not have a tagine.
  • Half a chicken
  • Four onions
  • olive oil
  • cooking oil
  • green olive
  • Lemon slices
  • Minced garlic
  • raisin

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 4 teaspoon Coffee sugar
  • 4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon Saffron
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Servings: 4 to 6. Prep Time: 15 Minutes. Cook Time: 45 Minutes. Total Time: 1 Hour.

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Put three cloves of minced garlic in a container.

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Turmeric

7 We added raisins approximately the amount of a cup and add above it, 4 teaspoon Coffee sugar, 4 teaspoon Cinnamon.
